I am looking for the perfect trumpet wedding dress. As of now, I am between the two posted below (love the silk material in the first and the beading of the second..the second one was the one I fell in love with first!) I’d like to see everyone else’s!

Here is a back view of the second dress

Here is a picture of my dress…Maggie Sottero Hunter. this is the first time I tried it on so it is the wrong size and I also won’t be wearing that pink sash with it!

Here is the one I’m getting! I don’t have a picture of me in it yet though.

I forgot to mention I had a custom sweetheart top added to it. Those photos were only the sample so they don’t show it.

Hillzie, If you don’t mind me asking…where is the first one from? The silk material dress? I am head over heels in love with it. A website address would be great! thanks 🙂

bump? seems like there aren’t many trumpet dresses on the boards.
Are they out of style? (Mine’s a trumpet! I don’t care if it’s out of style, I’m just curious–all the other trumpet posts are 2-3 years old.)

Mine is a trumpet… I think… lol I have heard this shape called so many different things that I am not really sure what to call it.
Trumpet, mermaid, fit n flare? I think trumpet is flaring out below the waist but above the knee? Mermaid is flaring at or below the knee? and fit n flare… I’m not sure exactly? — can someone help me on this?
I know i’ve seen other of your dresses with similar shapes around here too!

i dunno, i always kind of use the three of them interchangeably…perhaps incorrectly. i hope to see more gowns posted though…i seem to be tending in that direction in my preferences.
