Here’s my Vera- a too-small sample when I picked my veil:

And when I first tried it on.  2nd fitting is this weekend, so the neckline will be sweetheart!

Let’s revive this slightly old thread!

Here’s my Lazaro (it will be much puffier with a crinoline!):

Does mine count? lol it probably wasn’t anywhere near as expensive as some of the ones that have been posted.. but… it was from the COUTURE collection of KittyChen? So sure why not, I’ll post my dress! but I didn’t spend more than 2k on it!

@marcobride:  Hi marcobride.  I ordered the same dress for my Sept 22, 2012 wedding.  I am interested in hearing what your plans are for accessories, veil, and hair. I haven’t had my first fitting yet, but I’m nervous. I love the dress, but hope to be my ideal weight (115) before then.  Fingers crossed….

@goldsbob: Hey there! Good luck on your upcoming wedding, hope everything goes amazingly. I attached a pic from our wedding. I was very much anti-veil and only wanted flowers in my hair. The florist made a hair comb of three white orchids. I was wearing a simple tennis bracelet on my right wrist, no necklace, and sparkly earrings. Hope this gives you an idea! Oh and I had the seamstress add more fabric in the top of the dress. I thought the big space looked odd 🙂

I have an Ines Di Santo. Ines is going to custom line it so that it’s not see through and make the skirt poofier.

I love this thread. Here is my Reem Acra dress. I swear no one is wearing a Reem dress. I made 2 changes to it and prob won’t have any updated pictures until the wedding.

I added a crystal sash and silk button all the way down the back of the dress.

This is my Jim Hjelm 8105. I ended up buying the size 8 store sample, so it needs to be resized and such. It’s ivory and I will be removing the applique and replacing it with a blue satin ribbon that hangs down in the back as in the second photo. The back of the dress is my favorite part! The cascade of ruffles just takes my breath away!

Here’s a better photo (not mine) of the back:

@allyfally:  Thanks! It’s definitely something different, and I know it’s not for everyone – but it totally stole the show for me!
