I was orginally going to get her dress called “Pia.” but I went in the bridal shop one more time to try on dresses again just to make sure Pia was the one, and it turns out it wasn’t.

I just got my dress last Friday & never thought the day would come! I am VERY picky & tried on what seemed like thousands of dresses until I found this one. I am in LOVE with it & cannot wait until it comes in so I can try it on again!!  It is Justin Alexander 8352

I dont see mine up here yet so I will post it.  I cant believe how many different dresses there are and how each dress fits each girl PERFECTLY.  You all look gorgeous in your dresses.  This thread made me happy.

I am making my dress! Not only could I not find what I wanted in my price range, but I couldn’t find it all. So one day I got all fed up and just decided, “Fine, I’m doing it myself.”

I’m just in the preliminary design phases so far.. but I can show you crappy cell phone pictures of those..

This is where I am at now.

Sweetheart neckline, detachable train/overskirt and flower strap.

Bodice is lace, overskirt will most likely be a type of bridal satin. The underskirt will be something ‘foamy’ and full of body, maybe tulle with an overlay of chiffon! It will also have tiny rhinestone sewn into the layers to give little hints of sparkle when I move.

When you detach the train/overskirt/strap the dress transforms into a reception dress. The skirt falls right above the ankles so everyone will get a good look at what will for sure be super cute shoes!

The bow is green.. for some reason photographed black.

Here are pictures of me in my dress! It didn’t fit 100% so the top will sit lower and closer to the body. I’m so excited for it to come in!
