I don’t have any great suggestions, but wanted to say what a wonderful gesture it is to say a real thank you!  If she likes spas, the gift of a massage might be nice as a “thanks for working so hard, you deserve a rest” type gift?

I had personalized notecards made for all my shower hostesses (bridesmaids), it wasn’t a huge gift, but I picked the style/motif to go with each girl and I’m getting them other bridesmaid gifts that they will get at the wedding.

I bought these/from these stores, all good quality:

Since you said you wanted to spend around $100, you could ‘upgrade’ the personalized stationary idea with letterpress or a set with additional pieces.

But I think doing something that is specific to her, like personalization or things that she really likes, is def the way to go.

I was just in this very same situation!  I ended up giving her a gift card to Anthropologie.  They put inside an adorable little likes/loves mini journal. SO cute. She LOVED it.

My Maid/Matron of Honor and her mom are throwing my first shower (her mom is like my second mother), so to show them my appreciation I am planning on getting them theater tickets. I’m hoping some good musicals come to OKC soon because they both big fans and I know they would really enjoy something like that.

Gift cards never fail. Especially to places she loves (JCrew), b/c then it’s still personal.

I think a gift card to a place she likes would be a great one.

For my shower this weekend I am giving the two hostesses Indian cookbooks and beautiful painted measuring cups (everything is from Anthro). They both love cooking and Indian food, and it came out to just under $100/each.

Oh I love the cooking themed idea!!!!

I too am currently on the market for hostess ideas but since there are so many wonderful ladies helping out, I’m lowering my budget but I do like the spa idea – it’s feels great to have a massage!
