I’m a little stuck on what to give my girls (2 bridesmaids and 1 MOH) to thank them for hosting the shower. A little birdie (my mom) might have let it slip that the shower is being held at my MOH’s parents’ house. Her mom loves to garden, so I’m planning to get her some fall blooming crocus bulbs (http://www.vermontwildflowerfarm.com/crocus-fall-blooming-mix.html) and maybe a bud vase.
I was thinking about getting the girls some locally made chocolate truffles (http://www.chocolatespike.com/ <- you need to go here if you ever happen to be in Blacksburg, VA) and thank you cards. Is that enough? I’d kinda like them to have something that they can keep. Also, I feel like I at least need to get my Maid/Matron of Honor a little something extra for coordinating everything. I was thinking maybe luggage tags or Vera Bradley wristlets? Or maybe monogrammed travel mugs a-la Mrs. Turkey? I’m open to suggestsions!
I’m also planning to make them little goodie bags for the bachelorette party (in Vegas! woo!) like these:
And I’ve ordered matching robes and monogrammed compact mirrors as their primary thank you gifts. And I’m considering getting a jewelry travel case for my Maid/Matron of Honor as well.

sorry the pictures are all huge… I forgot to re-size them 🙁

I like the very bradley wristlet idea. I love me some VB. OH YES!

I think a card and the chocolates is perfect — they’ll be getting more gifts later! 🙂

I love the chocolates and the jewelry roll idea. I personally do not like VB but I’m assuming your friends do and that’s why you picked that. I probably would like a luggage tag as well (depending on the design) since I only have one of those but multiple pieces of luggage.

You are an excellent gift giver!!!
These are all great ideas (though I am also not a VB fan) and I think any girl would love any f these.

@axeyourmakeupkit: Thank you! I really appreciate all that the girls have done so far. I feel very loved and I want them to know how loved they are too. I really hope they like everything!
I think I’m leaning towards giving them truffles, luggage tags, and handmade cards as shower thank-yous. That way they’ll have the luggage tags for the bachelorette and the wedding. I’ll probably add the travel mugs into the bachelorette gift bags and save the travel jewelry case as the special gift for my Maid/Matron of Honor.
Thanks for all of the advice!

You could also do a coach wristlet from the coach outlet. I think yet are under $30 and more times than not I’ve always gotten at least 30% off coupons when I walked in the door to the store.

@MissEMich: That’s a good idea. I’ll be near a coach outlet next week too! I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks for the suggestion!

We gave everyone gift cards to their favourite places (Starbucks, Town Shoes, Bebe etc) and that was very well recieved.
