Nope – she’s doing cloth, so I’m decorating the table with baby washcloth cupcakes instead!!!

They are pretty simple to make once you decide on what size and shape you want to make. I made 10 of them as centerpieces for my neice’s shower, but made one huge one for the cake table. Diapers aren’t cheap to buy, but making them is still way more cost effective than buying them.

Super easy to make! I made one as a gift for DH’s cousin last year. Basically I just rolled each diaper up, secured it with a rubber band (tied a ribbon over each rubber band to make it prettier), then as I got enough for each level of the cake I secured them all together with a large rubber band and covered that with a wide ribbon. My topper was bottle brushes and I stuck in a few cute little things that she had registerred for like baby socks, pascifiers, etc. There’s a ton of tutorials online if you need a visual.
