Several of my shower guests signed their cards from themselves and their husband and/or family. When I send the thank you cards, do I address them to the person who actually attended the shower or whoever the card was signed from?

I would write it to both, and then thank whoever actually came for coming and how nice it was to see them.

Mail it to the person who attended the shower and thank everyone involved in the actual card

I agree. I would address it to the person that attended, and thank everyone that signed the card for the generous gift. That seems to cover all bases 🙂
This stuff gets so sticky, and you don’t want to offend anyone! I should be taking notes for when it’s my turn to send out those thank you’s

Yup I agree. Address the mailing envelope to the person/people who attended. Address the thank you card note to everyone who signed the gift card. Throw in an extra sentence thanking the person who attended specifically regarding them attending/seeing them.
