I think that I would sign both names if it’s a normal gift for your house, if you had a lingerie shower, it would be creepy to say thanks from both!

Unless it was a couples shower, only put your name. The Bridal shower is for the bride, thus the gifts are for you too. Traditionally anyways..

Although traditionally it’s just the brides name, I will sign both of our names.  I guess I feel like because we already live together and the gifts will be used by both of us, I should show that we’re both thankful for their thoughtfulness.  I’m a little non-traditional anyway though.

You know, I ran into the same issue….once I started writing my thank you notes. Here’s what I did; if it was a gift for our home, both of us signed. If it was a gift just for me, just I did. But yeah, it was a little awkward at that time figuring that one out.
