Has anyone else had issues with this? I’ve had it since the beginning of March. I started physical therapy for it last Wednesday and will be going 3x a week for 6 weeks. The treatment is basically strengthening your core and pelvic muscles to keep your pelvis/SI joint in alignment but I find it hard to believe that you can do this in 4-5 weeks (just started exercises today). Apparently this is something many pregnant women get but I’m not pregnant, just out of shape I guess. I causes pain in my right leg, ankle and hip which reaches in to my lower back and makes my leg tingle due to my muscles being out of whack and pressing on my sciatic nerve.
If anyone (especially PT bees) can give me a realistic estimate on how long this will continue I would really appreciate it. Or if you want to just whine about your own joint/muscle pain or issues that’d be fine too.
