No, with small stones I think you aren’t likely to notice much of a difference to be honest.

Depends on the color…I have diomonds in H, SI and colorless VS and there is a difference, even in smaller diamonds. However I’m not saying that one is better, I like the warmer glow in the yellow gold and the ‘cleaner sparkle’ in the white gold.

How big are the stones in the wedding band? I have all SI1 diamonds in my wedding band and don’t think I would EVER be able to tell if they were any better clarity since they are so tiny.

Honestly, I wear a pink sapphire and diamond wedding band and the clarity is lower than Si2.  I was hesitant at first but next to my e-ring (Si2), it looks great (to me). I only notice a difference if the color is really different than than your e-ring.  I think it depends on the ring.

@SimpleGifts:  In that case no its not worth it.  I’d save the money and get yourself another nice diamond piece like studs or a tennis bracelet. 🙂

It really is not worth it! I would just make sure the color is close. Besides, I would not want it to out shine my e-ring.

I don’t think it’s worth the price difference.

@JessMorgan777:  <– what she said just make sure the stones match in color and there isn’t a random dark one because no one else will notice but you will I have 1 dark stone in my half eternity band that I plan on ” loosing ” so I can get the stone replaced with the diamond protection plan because it bugs me

What is the color/quality of the diamonds in your engagement ring?  I would say that it depends on that because you want them to mostly match each other and not look too different.

If the stones are small, you shouldn’t be able to tell much of a difference. Clarity makes a big difference with large stones, but usually not smaller ones
