Girl, your planner is just reacting to planning tons of weddings, and forgot to censor.  Don’t worry about it.  In all fairness to the planner, while the comment was rude, your planner has probably seen Adorae a handful of times, but every time, the bride is beautiful in it.  I have never seen the Adorae fail a bride, and I myself also tried it on and loved it (but chose another dress in the end).  Bottom line, keep it and rock it!

Dude! Get a new wedding planner, not a new dress! A lot of people do have it, but it’s because it’s gorgeous. I’m typically not even a fan of ruching and the slimmer fits (I’m a ballgown kind of girl), and the first time I saw the Adorae I was floored by it.

That planner was so RUDE! I would have fired her hehe.  You look absolutely gorgeous in that gown and if you love it, that’s all that matters.  Your fiance will for sure not be familiar with that dress, he will just think you look great.

You look gorgeous in that dress! Besides, when you look back at photos, you’re probably not going to remember that it was a popular dress and maybe not even the name or the designer!

I love that dress!!  I don’t care how many ladies wear it.  I would have got it, if I thought that I would have looked good in it.  I think the dress fits you beautifully.  I would tell everyone to shove it and I will wear what I love.  Tell the planner to stuff it too.  She is supposed to be a dream maker not a dream killer.  Tell her your knocking 15% off of her fee for ruining it for you.  That will shut her up.

The only people that are going to know it’s so popular are people that are immersed in the wedding world. I’m sure that a majority of your guests won’t realize that it’s a popular dress. You still look amazing in it, and if you still love it then wear it!!! You deserve to wear your dream dress!

I vote to keep your dress and fire that wedding planner (or if you never hired her, at least go kick her in the shin).  If you love the dress, then that’s what matters.  Your guests haven’t seen other brides in that dress.  Ten years from now, no one will remember the name of the dress.  Twenty years from now, your kids certainly won’t look through your album and be like “oh really Mom, you were such a follower.”

Your wedding dress is about you feeling beautiful.  And if the Adorae makes you feel beautiful, then keep it and rock it on the big day.  Life’s too short to worry about other brides and bitchy wedding planners.

Oh. My. Gosh *rolls eyes* that wedding planner probably should not be planning weddings if she’s going to make comments like that. Seriously. Who says things like that?! Isn’t it her job to make your life easier and do everything in her power to make you feel special? That’s why she was hired right?

The Adorae is my dress too, and yes, a lot of girls have the same one, but IMO that just means we all have good taste.  Honestly, chances are your family and friends are going to be seeing you and ONLY you in that dress and that’s all that matters.  It may seem like EVERYONE has this dress, but that’s because EVERYONE on this site is getting married, so you’re going to see a few people with the same dress as you.  Don’t doubt your yourself.  Trust me, as your dress twin, you made the perfect choice =)

I loved that dress when I tried it on, and if I was ready to buy at the time it probably would’ve been the one. That wedding planner’s comment is SO unnecessary, and if you really love the dress I think you should keep it! It is YOUR wedding, you whould wear whatever makes YOU feel beautiful!!

Sometimes if something’s popular, it’s not necessarily a bad thing, The Adorae is such a simple, elegant yet eye-catching (it’s the crystal belt!) at the same time, it’s no wonder it’s so popular among brides!

Adorae was my dress from wedding planning moment number one until she arrived and I realized that she was never going to fit me correctly.  I am still mourning the loss of that dress!  It’s a very glamour-girl kind of gown with a lot of wow factor.  Don’t doubt yourself!  Even if everyone on the planet wore the dress, it would still look different on you.  That’s just the way it is with gowns because we’re all built differently and accessorize differently.  Try the dress on again and remind yourself why you loved it in the beginning.  Good luck!

I think a lot of the Maggie dresses are way too popular.  But you’d only know that if you were on wedding boards or immersed in weddings like we all are.  I dont think any of your guest will notice and you look awesome in it, so as long as you can still be confident in that dress when you’re in it, thats all that counts.

I see this dress everywhere, but I have to admit that I can understand why girls choose it.  It’s pretty and flattering on pretty much everyone I’ve seen it on.

Who cares if lots of other people have your dress?  There will only be ONE person wearing it at your wedding! 🙂

This dress is popular for a reason. It looks freaking amazing on like 90% of people who put it on. I was at a bridal salon a few weeks ago looking for my dress, and one of the other girls tried the Adorae on. I swear she walked into her dressing room a size 16 and walked out a size 10. It’s just a gorgeous, universally flattering dress. Get it and rock it!

@Amandaeclark: Why would you give up a dress that you look so beautiful in?

The only two people you should be dressing for on your day are yourself, and you soon-to-be-husband. Trust me,if you look that good in the store,  his mind is going to be blown when he sees you on your wedding day!
