My FI and I are discussing having a buffet at our garden-style wedding. We want to have a pulled-pork sandwich entree and a pasta entree. We’re having a hard time deciding what would be the best side dishes to include in this buffet? Also, how much of each main dish should we order? The vendor wants us to order each entree by the person, but I don’t know how to plan for how many will eat each.
