creativeplannertobee:  Yup that’s exactly what I meant, change the face and that picture could have been of me, lol! I do my hair like this all the time, I get tons of compliements and questions asking how I did it. It’s actually pretty easy!

Lakeside003:  I don’t think I’ve seen it done across the back like that, kind of like a french braid across the back.  Very pretty.

Siniria:  I love the red lips!! I have fullish lips and wear red lipstick everyday! Its not too much unless you feel selfcontious about it in a bad way. I wear an even more orange-y red when I dress up.

I think if you could tighten it up a bit and ensure that it will stay in place all day, it will look great!

And YES to the red lips!! It’s a great shade and I think that there is a perfect red for every skin tone and lip shape. I have super full lips and I’m wearing red lipstick right now.

If there’s a Sallys by you, or a place similar, I’d get some clip in  extensions if you’re planning a sidebraid. Your hair needs to be longer

Bobby pins your color, top your hair with a decorative piece, swooped bang? Polished braid or messy? Know which said is your favored side. You’ll be a gorgeous bride. Do clip ins for fullness or to add lengtH. I would make my own. Sallys can be a rip off. best regards. ☺️

I think the side braid looks nice and could look great if you add a little more volume to your hair.

In general I think red lipstick is a great idea but I have to disagree with the other bees, I think the shade is not the best for you – this is too orangy, I think you need something more going in the blue tinted red direction

1.) Step one is tease/back comb your hair before you braid it. Dry shampoo can also help you with this, or Bumble & Bumble (along with others Im sure) have a spray tease which you can get in your hair color. Just be careful because it can get on your hands and therefore clothes. Practice this, especially on the crown of your head and the side where the braid will not be. You don’t want to look flat over there.

2.). The braid is too lose. It makes it look casual. Here are a couple diy options

You could just stop at the braid and not put it up.

3.) I agree on going for more neutral lips you have beautiful eyes, play them up! Also I’d add some blush to highlight your cheeks.

You can totally do your own make up and hair and with some practice I think you can do it beautifully  because you have great tools to work with!
