(Closed) sigh how do i start

Hello! 🙂

Start with 30 mins of excersize 5 times a week (find something you enjoy, and I recommend an iPod and maybe even some Audio books for while you excersize so you dont get bored).

I walk and Zumba!

Walking is great for weight loss btw, and low impact!

And just work on making sure your eating as many wholefoods as you can (fresh vegetables etc).

Dont completely deny yourself of stuff you enjoy or you’ll binge! A treat once or twice a week is actually good!

Hmm, what about a rowing machine? Or one of those sit down excersize bikes? One with an actual seat so you wont fall over:

 

I know what you mean about getting depressed when barriers to what you know you should be able to do present themselves.

But where there’s a will theres a way! 😛
