let me preface by saying, i have been on WW before, so I KNOW It works if you work it. I just can’t seem to do it myself… how do i start…
I just had MAJOR surgery (my left middle ear has been removed due to Meniere’s disease) I am not trying to lose a TON of weight. Right now I am an 18/20… I only want to be a 14. but its so hard lately. I lost weight before surgery down to a 16/18… (but this was from like a 20/22) and now I am trying to start again.
I just don’t know where to begin. I do not want to spend money on WW. even though it would be an investment. My main problem is I am waiting for my balance to come back, its coming back slowly but surely.
I guess I just need encouragement, anyone wanna be email buddies? My Vow Renewal isn’t for 2 years, but i don’t want to look at myself 20 years from now thinking “I could have done better”
thanks for listening

Start with 30 mins of excersize 5 times a week (find something you enjoy, and I recommend an iPod and maybe even some Audio books for while you excersize so you dont get bored).
I walk and Zumba!
Walking is great for weight loss btw, and low impact!
And just work on making sure your eating as many wholefoods as you can (fresh vegetables etc).
Dont completely deny yourself of stuff you enjoy or you’ll binge! A treat once or twice a week is actually good!
Good luck 🙂

thats where i am at:( i LOVE hiking and we live next to the best park ever! but, with 1/2 my balance systen removed its so effin hard:( argh!!!! just frustrated i guess., I do eat good foods most of the time… but i think the not being as active as I wanna be part is just makin me kinda depressed. Its so weird. Like you don’t realize how much your inner ear controls until it is gone.

Hmm, what about a rowing machine? Or one of those sit down excersize bikes? One with an actual seat so you wont fall over:
I know what you mean about getting depressed when barriers to what you know you should be able to do present themselves.
But where there’s a will theres a way! 😛
