@CorgiTales:  I loved that show! The end was so blah though! I have a sneaking suspicion I’m going to be sad when Weeds ends this year…

Oh my gosh, I have the same problem! When I find a show I like I’ll watch the whole series as past as possible….Got very, very depressed when US of Tara ended, and Arrested Development, and shows like Parenthood and Gossip Girl which I love (okay, loving gossip girl is a little embarrassing..), but can’t finish because not all of the seasons are posted/the show hasn’t ended yet!!!!!

@CorgiTales:  I have a number of books that I love where I get a few chapters away from finishing and then stop, for this exact reason.  I get so wrapped up in them (especially long involved books that span lifetimes or generations) that it’s just hard to say goodbye!

I felt the same way when I finished Battlestar Galactica on Netflix. I watched it twice, I loved it so much. I got very attached to that show!

I sadly felt the same way when I finished Pretty Little Liars on Netflix last week! Luckily, the new season has started on tv!

Oh, and its not a tv series, but I pretty much bawled when I finished watching the last Harry Potter movie. I just couldnt believe it was over!

I was sad after I rewatched the X Files and My So Called Life. I just wanted to watch them forever. 🙁

That happens to me all the time – Friends, Gilmore girls, the Harry Potter series, The twilight series… I always feel a sense of loss when they’re done. Always thought I was weird because of it lol

@Dialysate:  Arrested Development will be back for 10 episodes on Netflix only soon!

@CorgiTales:  Umm… FI and I literally just watched the last episode of United States of Tara 10 minutes ago! It took us about 2 weeks to watch the series and we loved it… don’t understand why it got cancelled!

But yes, we are the same way. We obsess over shows on Netflix with multiple seasons and then don’t know what to do with ourselves when they’re over!

When they end The Simpson’s a part of my soul will die. I wont have anything left to collect either. I dread the thought. I’ve been watching and collecting for 20 years.

@CorgiTales:  This pretty much routinely happens to me. I won’t watch a show regularly throughout the year (except for RHONJ – gotta keep up with that in-the-moment dramzz) and then I’ll watch the whole season (or series) on Hulu or Netflix. And then it’s over… just as quickly as it started. I was so sad after I finished this season of Modern Family.

Yup. My hubby and I finished watching Lost on Netflix back in April and Saturday nights just aren’t the same. Plus, neither one of us was thrilled with the ending. So, double the disappointment there…….

I had a hard time saying goodbye to six feet under. And sex and the city.
