Okay Bee’s. I need some serious help picking a signature drink for my fall wedding in Miami. I am open to really anything i just have a few ground rules.
– no mojitos (too miami), no sangria (wearing white!), and preferably must be a rum drink.
we get two drinks, the colors are burgundy, black and silver, wedding is classic formal romantic.

1.0 oz Amaretto
1.0 splash Grenadine
1.5 oz Orange juice
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz White Rum
Directions: Pour the rum, amaretto, orange juice and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker that is half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and float grenadine on top. Garnish with slices of orange, lemon or lime, and serve.

0.75 oz Coconut Cream
0.50 oz Whipped Cream
1.00 oz Orange juice
2.00 oz Dark Rum
0.50 oz Strawberry Schnapps
0.50 oz Sugar Syrup
Directions: Blend ingredients in a pina colada glass until smooth. Add half a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Garnish with a strawberry, add straws, then serve.

2.0 oz Cranberry juice
1.0 oz Peach Schnapps
4.0 oz Pineapple Juice
1.0 oz Coconut Rum
1.0 splash Rum
Directions: Pour the coconut rum and peach schnapps into a highball glass that is 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Add the pineapple juice, then fill with cranberry juice. Splash rum on top and serve

1 part light Cruzan Rum
1 part cranberry juice
1 part pineapple juice
Pour into an ice filled glass and enjoy.

Ooh! We only drink Kraken rum. It’s really good and the Kraken website and facebook page has a lot of awesome cocktail mixes.
