We had an open bar so we didn’t do signature cocktails.

@missdream:  We have the same thing at our venue. I haven’t even begun to think about our drink yet. Where are you getting married? I’m in NJ too (getting married in Philly though!)

@missdream:  Ah, that’s interesting.  Are you sure you want to do cotton candy?  I’m  not trying to be a jerk, I swear.  I just don’t think that many people will be interested… which might be a good thing πŸ˜‰

We wanted to, but it would have complicated our bar situation. As long as it’s original (not just a Gin & Tonic with a cutsie name), I think it adds a nice, memorable element to the party.

I’ve never seen a cotton candy martinit before! I think it’s a cute idea.

Ooo cotton candy is so fun!  I’m having a fall theme for my wedding, so we’re thinking of doing champagne with cranberry puree in the bottom.

Thye look cute, I will be having a signature cocktail but havent decided on it yet.  Will the cotton candy dissolve or still be a bit fluffy on top.  Just wondering.

We are having an open bar, I don’t plan on making a signature drink. We are going to have a sign on the bar that says “Grooms pick and Brides pick for a mixed drink. πŸ™‚

I love that cotton candy one!  We’re actually doing 2 signatures…one is to the theme of our wedding (purpleish) and the other is a token to the time of day he proposed (sunset)

Pomegranate Sex on the Beach... signature drink idea  Tequila Sunset Signature Drink?

Pomegranate Sex on Beach                         (Tequila Sunset)

Pomegranate Champagne as a signature drink? Pomegranate, in greek mythology, represents the bond of marriage as well as fertility. Perfect!  Pom Champagne
