You’re in spring, so how about one of these:

baby bellini: peach nectar, sparkling cider or ginger ale

cardinal punch: ginger ale, orange juice, lemon juice, cranberry juice

cinderella: lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, ginger ale

cran dandy shandy: lemonade, white cranberry juice, ginger beer

sparkling lemonade

plush punch: cranberry, pomegranate, and lemon juices, chamomile tea, rosemary simple syrup, ginger ale

shirley temple: grenadine, gingerale, lemon-lime soda

@nl:  I’ve heard about mock champagne, which I just googled to double check and it’s ginger ale, pinneapple juice, and white grape juice.

Here is the link to it:  http://allrecipes.com/recipe/mock-champagne-2/detail.aspx

It turns out ike this:

Mock Champagne Recipe

As for a cute name, I’m not too good at that.  Maybe  Bubbly Bride?

ETA:  For some extra bubbly you could even use sparkling white grape juice.

@nl:  I believe a standard bar would have most ingredients.  Though for my mock champagne you might have to get your own white grape juice.  It can’t hurt to ask though.  Depending on the reception site they can be very accomodating.  I have learned to ask them first before buying anything on my own because they either have it or will get it for you.

@nl:  Ok. well I hope that you have a better idea of what you’re looking for now.  You can make a list of a few (like a first, second and third choice) and see what they can do for you!!!  Good luck!

We are also doing signature cocktails, so now you’ve got me thinking.  If I come up with anything else I’ll be sure to throw it on here.

@nl:  Also  a shirley temple would probably suit your tastes (sprite, ginger ale, and grenadine)

Maybe you could get away with calling it a Blushing Bride (I’ve seen that idea from a lot of  bees on here for a drink name)

Or maybe a play on shirley temple, like Going to the Temple (idk you religion, but that would work if you’re having a jewish ceremony).

@nl:  I would do whatever you want to do and not worry about that (I’m one of those people, lol).  Plus I’m secretly a kid at heart, so I think it sounds fun, lol
