Sorry, I can’t help but I want to know too! There are a bazillion recipes out there in innternet land, and they are all so different! I hope some people can answer with their favourite recipes.

What about asking your caterer and seeing what they can do? They might have their own recipe that they are used to doing and it might save you the trouble!

My caterer did say she would recommend a couple recipes, but you know how that is. Plus, I’d like to hear from other people who have actually tasted the recipes themselves and had a good response…

Sorry I only know huge portions.
2 quart orange juice
2 cups grapefruit juice
1 cup lime juice
1 cup lemon juice
wine to taste
We fresh juiced everything which was AWESOME!!! You could go with simply orange and it has the same flavor.

I was trying to find a recipe online of what I make, but because I just do my own thing each time, I couldn’t find anything. Typically, when I do sangria I do something like this:
1 bottle of red wine
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
1/3 cup vodka (which you could probably leave out, since mine tends to be pretty strong)
1/2+ orange juice
6 ounces sparkling water or sprite (depending on the wine. If it was a dry wine, I’ll use something sweetened, if it was a sweet wine, I’ll use sparkling water)
Add cut up orange slices
Mine always turns out great, but I just keep adding until it’s sweet enough that I like it. There’s really no wrong way to make sangria. I’m jealous you’ll have this as your signature cocktail- it’s one of my favorites!!

Oooo I love sangria, lol I’m so excited to see what recipes you bees find 🙂 I absolutely love Jack Astor’s blood orange sangria but I have no idea the exact recipe. All i know is that it has white wine, peach schnapps and blood oranges. So hopefully someone has a similar recipe
