Haha, my FH’s Wii…. I’m not a fan of video games. But he <3s them.
I also bought him Harry Potter for Christmas once… yeah he’s a loser sometimes lol. I still won’t watch it with him though.

i haven’t yet, but i’m going to buy him a Playstation 3. He wants it so badly, so i’m gonna surprise him one of this days, even knowing it will not make me happy seeing him spending so much time playing with this thing… instead of being with me

I bought him a GPS for his bicycle.  Originally I bought it so he wouldn’t get lost and I could stop driving around trying to find him.  However, I have realized that he is now gone for hours on end, exploring new roads that he found via the wonderful GPS.

I bought him an Xbox & NBA 2k9 for an engagement present. He usually plays while I’m watching Real Housewives or Gossip Girl though!

I buy my guy RPG games (games that take 60+ hours to play)… I don’t really think about till he starts playing and I don’t hear from him for a while… then I do it again!  Darn Amazon game deals of the day.

But it makes him happy… so it’s okay ^_^

Haha, I bought him a bass for his really big surround sound connected to the TV.  Worst idea ever.  I feel like I’m living on a fault line.  I also bought him a Playstation 3, which he did play a lot… but then I started playing… and now I think it was probably the best idea ever!  But we don’t play that much anymore, because he gets mad that I can now beat him at all the games!  🙂

I got him an Xbox 360 a while back.  It was great while we were engaged b/c it gave him something to do while I was reading wedding blogs/magazines!  In fact…he’s playing right now!  🙂

I decided we should do a game night since my mom had gotten me a PS2 awhile back that was gathering dust. I bought him a couple of games, including Grand Theft Auto 2. He plays it ALL the time and won the game completely already. He’ll play for hours and hours on end–sometimes I watch him play and think it’s cute–other times (when we have important things to do for the wedding or in general) and he’s been playing for a long time–I get perturbed.

At my bridal shower one of the games was questions he answered that I had to guess the answers to. For the question what is one of the groom’s favorite things to do, I felt like he would say something sweet like hanging with me. I guessed that and all my friends and family guessed the correct answer: Playing Grand Theft Auto!

He got a Wii the Christmas right around when it came out and I’m going in with the groomsmen on an Xbox 360. He’s brother is really into video games and they can play online together (they don’t live near each other) with the PS3 and Xbox. It’s something they can do to stay close so I’m ok with that.

PS2.  I was trying to be a good fiance (girlfriend at the time) but I was steaming while standing in line (on Black Friday, no less)  But he doesn’t play it a crazy amount and the only thing that drives me nuts is the VOLUME, argh!  Esp. on games like Grand Theft Auto.

We’re hoping to upgrade to a Wii after the wedding ;o)
