No signs with my first baby until my water broke at 41+1, Baby was born 36 hours later.

Baby #2 arrived at 40+4 after 3-4 days of prodromal labour and being dilated to 4-5cm.

No signs with Baby #3 until my waters broke at 39+4 and even then it took almost 24 hours for my contractions to kick in and my cervix was still high and shut twelve hours before baby arrived (waters broke at 0300, checked at 1500 with no signs of labour, contractions started at 1200 and Baby was born just after 0500).

I had my son at 38 weeks and my lower back was killing me before I had him. I couldn’t sleep because it was giving me such grief. I got up at about 3am to have a shower because I thought it would help ease my back discomfort, but then started having some pretty intense (but far apart) contractions. I had our son 27 hours later.

I felt completely normal….already week late… went pee, then felt sick to my stomach.

Went to lay on the couch, water burst, and 40 some odd hours later I had my kiddo. Active labor took forever to start. I didn’t have any cramping before that.

My son was born at 38+2.  I had no signs at all. Got my daughter to bed and went to sleep at 8pm.  Woke up at 11:45 with some cramping and within an hour contractions were 8 minutes apart. He was born at 11 the next day. (stupid contractions slowed down the minute we walked into the hospital at 2 amyell)

shanmia :  I had basically no symptoms at all. No dropping, no increase contractions. I had to be induced at 40 weeks 2days, had pprom with my first. Actually for my second I think I lost my mucus plug, but it didn’t trigger anything.

My stomach felt lower and heavier the day before my contractions started.  I also couldn’t walk long distances without feeling like my stomach was going to drop to my feet.
