Telling her she’s ugly will for sure make the situation much better.

Telling her that she’s ugly in response would just give her remarks more power, because it would communicate that you care about looks as much as she does.

Maybe your Fiance can tell her how ugly her words were.

Don’t stoop to her level.  And since she is your FI’s sister, I would get him to have a little “chat” with her.

Honestly, she wouldn’t be invited to the wedding. I don’t care if she’s family, you don’t get to insult me and then attend a special day in my life. Nope nope nope.

Yes, you should… because that’s how adults act…SMH!!!!

As adult, you say nothing!

They must have changed the legal marriage age, because last time I checked, mean middle school girls weren’t allowed to marry without parental permission.

Speak to your Fiance. She’s his family so he should follow it up. Something like ‘your personal comments to my Fiance are uncalled for. Keep your opinions to yourself’

then its on her. If she continues then it will be ‘we’ve already spoken about this. If you continue to be rude then we can’t have somebody who doesn’t support our marriage at the wedding.’

she sounds like a brat. Just be polite to her and all his family incase she decides to play victim.

Hahahaha this is hilarious! OP you should put her at the kiddy table so she can color and talk about rainbows and Barney or whatever kids talk about. Also, give her a friendly reminder that it’s inappropriate to drink adult beverages at the kiddy table….I’m sure she’ll have a blast at your wedding! πŸ˜‰

We have an expert on SIL hate somewhere around here. Maybe she’ll grace us with her presence shortly.
