I know its not rock climbing, but when my friends go to the gym or play volleyball, they all do a bunch of the cheap amazon silicon rings. They change them out once they get gross (its like $6 for 5 of them or something cheap) and they get to wear differnt colors depending on their mood. That is also what I will do. I’m getting my finace a nice enso ring, because he’ll wear that more than his actual rings, but I’ll just do the amazon cheap ones!

Although with all these enso recommendations and a sale, I may check them out!

Purple Enso ring here 🙂  I’ve had it for about 18 months now.  I wear it to the gym or if I’m going to be doing some sort of yard/outdoor work or cleaning.

lisakellcal :  I put his ring on my finger for your reference. The black pearl style is like a dark dark gray/onyx black with a slightly opalescent “sheen” (not metallicy or glittery, so I’m going with sheen!):

Another vote for Enso! I got a some stackables a couple years ago to wear during work since I work with athletes to keep my rings clean and to protect my fingers. They have held up well and are super comfortable. I got a unicorn Enso ring at the start of summer and it is so breathable, light and thin. I like it so much that I wore it more often than my regular jewelry. It’s much thinner and comfortable than some I got off ebay last year. Pics – unicorn enso – stackables – enso compared to ebay. Cannot recomned Enso enough!

Thanks to this thread, I ordered an Enso ring to wear in place of my e-ring for certain things. We measured my finger during the summer, and now that it’s cooler, my finger is much smaller, to the point that when I wash my hands, the ring slips off. It’s a custom ring and I’m very nervous about losing it! The Enso ring will make me feel so much better. Thanks for the recommendations, even though I wasn’t the OP!

I have the copper enso ring and it’s great! I ordered a half size down and it fits well.

I have a few silicone rings for horseback riding, rock climbing and kayaking. I prefer the qalo rings to the Enso, because the qalo stacking rings are much thinner and more comfortable.

rockclimberbride :  No problem! Instagram has lots of pictures which helped me decide on the unicorn ring. SO got me the thin gold elements in Sept when a portion of the profit went to Hayes Tough for childhood cancer! He asked me to wait until he officially proposes to wear it though.

We plan on getting the black pearl one for him to wear as a wedding band bc he also works in patient care and is always at the gym. I’m a bit obsessed with enso 🙈🙊

rockclimberbride :  I have the rose gold Enso, I love it!!! I have three other thin Enso rings for when my fingers swell with eczema. I also wear them hiking.

I rock climb and wear Enso’s rose gold band. I’m a size 6 but got the silicon band in a 7 because my fingers also tend to swell when I’m climbing or especially if we have to hike a ways to an outside crag. A full size up was probably a little too big because I’ve accidentally pulled the ring off several times from going out to eat after climbing, usually having a messy burger (or something where my hands get gross), and then cleaning it off too hard with a napkin. I know that’s oddly specific, but it’s the one scenario that keeps happening, and every time it does, I think, “I shouldn’t have gotten this quite so large.” I climb in the gym about 3 times a week, and more often when we can get outside, and the ring has held up great in the year that I’ve had it. My husband bought a pack of super cheap silicon bands for climbing, and those have worked fine too (but they don’t look as nice as the enso one).
