Hey, everyone! I’m looking to buy a bunch of silk flowers for my wedding (bouquets, pomanders, centerpieces, etc.)
I was wondering what the best prices and stores/online stores are?
I was looking into afloral, efavormart, and save on crafts.
Does anyone have positive experiences with these sites? Are the silk flowers good quality? Do they look “cheap”?
I noticed that the prices on efavormart are, for the majority, far better than the others. Are they still good quality?
If you have any recommendations or experiences with these places (or anywhere else), please let me know!

I have found the best quality silks to be natural touch or real touch. I am either getting ours from afloral or FlowersbyDesign. I recieved a sample from FlowersbyDesign, and I am extremely impressed. I keep wanting to smell it because it looks so real. afloral also has the real/natural touch flowers and they do have more of a selections, but I think for what we want; mostly roses, it will be less expensive to shop at FlowersbyDesign.

@noritake22: Thank you so much. I appreciate the recommendations, and I’ll check them out.
and as for efavormart, I’ve seen FAR too many horrible reviews online. I don’t care what the price is, obviously the hassle just isn’t worth it.

@AwesomeNiks: You are very welcome 🙂
efavormart has had horrible reviews for years. I don’t understand how they can stay in business.

Hey…what are your wedding colors? have you found your flowers yet? I have over 100 each of fuchsia, rubrum pink, & white gerber daisies from afloral. they are beautiful, but i spent a ton of money on them! My wedding is May 14, 2011, so i will be trying to get rid of all of it. Send me an email if you’re interested & i’ll send you pictures of my bouquets & the single stem flowers that i have. I had recieved a quote from a woman that arranges the realtouch professionally- she quoted me $250 for all of the flowers that I needed- it was a lot- but in the end I couldn’t justify the expense, and dropped the quantity of flowers and decided to do single flowers for the Bmaids, and two per vase.
anyway, her name is Val Johnson, and she is here:

@droidlizzie: I used Val for all of my flowers! They are absolutely gorgeous!!!! I paid $250 for my 16 piece arrangement! My bridal bouquet, toss bouquet, 4 bridesmaids, 7 bouts, flower girl basket with petals and 2 mothers corsages. The best part is I saved almost $500 off what I would have paid a local florist to make the same arrangements. I just couldn’t justify spending $600+ for something that would end up being thrown away. Here is a pic of my arrangement!
