I had silk flowers for all of the bridal party and the parents. And I absolutely loved it! My flowers still looked awesome at the end of the night and they make me smile now when I look at our wedding shelf as they take pride of place 🙂 one of the best decisions I made 🙂

I love the first option!  It is so pretty!  You are totally okay to do silk flowers

There wasn’t one live flower anywhere in my wedding. They were ALL silk. Not only were they MUCH cheaper than real flowers, mine are still here to look at.

I’m using all fabric flowers and dried flower petals. No real flowers at all. I just can’t imagine spending that much money on something this is going to wilt & die.

I didn’t necessarily want to do traditional silk flowers because if didn’t feel like that unique enough in itself, so I’m doing bouquets with handmade fabric flowers. Here’s what my bouquet is going to look like,  and my FI’s bout:
