I am so sorry this happened to you! I actually ordered invitations from this company and had a similar problem. I got my invitations and the box was the wrong color when I emailed them they told me that it was my fault and were very rude. It took weeks to get them to respond to my emails and order but when I asked for a partial refund I got a response in an hour telling me no and that $100 is a workers entire month pay except I gave them $3k for my order and they only have 50 workers according to the company I know that I am not the only person ordering, and professional planners buy the invites and sell them at a premium. Clearly, this compe any is exploiting their workers and making a huge profit now I feel even worse for buying from them.

So sorry to hear these horror stories! Thankfully, they showed their colors when I requested samples – they took 2 weeks to respond! I figured if that’s how they handled business they didn’t have yet, I didn’t want to see what would happen once they got it. I actually ordered from http://www.upani.com. They were awesome to deal with and slightly cheaper pricewise.  Great communication and great samples. I am waiting for my deliver at the end of the month and will post pics when I receive the final product!

@lorasweddingday:  So are you [name removed by moderator – Penguin] himself or someone else with Nangfa?

@lorasweddingday:  I’d like to know what your guarantee is, then. I’m considering silk invitation boxes – they are so gorgeous! – but your post defending Nangfa while simultaneously dissing Upani makes me suspicious. Especially considering that is your only posts on this site are almost solely endorsements for Nangfa.

You say that many people know that Upani copies Nangfa designs. Can you show me some evidence of that? I’d never heard that about them.

As a matter of fact, all of the feedback I have found indicates that a lot of brides do not reccomend Nangfa and have only excellent things to say about Upani.

If you have evidence to the contrary, I would definitely like to see it. I want to give Nanga a fair shot, but it’s hard when the situation looks the way it does.
