๐Ÿ™ I hope it turns out ok! It sounds like the seller may have had the tension too high on the sewing machine that was used to make the veil. This could account for the wavy edge. I hope you can get it to straighten out ๐Ÿ™‚

I am suprised that the maker agreed to put a pencil edge on silk tulle, and am more suprised that she didn’t tell you that it would be wavey as the silk stretches in sewing.  I do think the veil looks beautiful, but if you are not happy with it you have a few choices:  you can go with a simple cut edge or you can add lace, remember that the lace will weigh the silk tulle down and will not have the same flow.
