I thnk I count my O day as nothing, and the day after as 1dpo.

@LAZB:  I wouldn’t really worry about it unless you’ve been “mis-diagnosing” a short luteal phase.  Worst that would have happened is you get a false negative due to testing too early.  No harm done 🙂
