I sent mine out as I finished them, but I did them in batches. For example, I wrote thank yous to all members of a group that gave us a combined gift because I knew those folks would talk to each other. So I did my mom’s side first, then my dad’s, then friends. I also made sure to write thank yous for money gifts before cashing the checks.

I’d send them out as you finish them.

I would definitely send them as I finished them…that way they get out to the guests faster and they’re not sitting on your table/couch/desk staring at you.
But that’s just me!

I did all of my shower ones at once, so I can’t imagine trying to do all 150 for the wedding and sending them out at once! I’d go with sending them as I finished them!

We sent them out as we finished them. We broke them up–I did my side, he did his side, we divided up our friends. My family got sent out sooner, because I did them earlier than he did.

I mailed them as I finished them. And we’re still doing them. (oopps) but it took awhile to get the pictures and the custom cards…at least I’m going with that excuse.

I did about 15-20 at a time and sent them as they were finished. Now I have most finished but have not bought stamps so we have about 50 just sitting waiting to be mailed. I had one person where her son got a thank you and she didnt yet because I was doing them in batches – she mentioned something to her son but wasnt upset.

I think you can mail them as you finish them, but only if you finish them in a relatively short amount of time, like a few weeks. If you take too long, people might start to wonder what’s going on, like if one relative gets one but another one doesn’t (yet).
I opted to mail them all at once, though.
