So my big day is next Saturday and I’m reading through the blogs that I’ve pushed aside from being so busy….and crying my eyes out =) I came across one about superstitions and the silver sixpence. I would love to cover all my bases but is there anywhere you can buy one in real life (not online)? Where have you girls gotten yours?

I saw them at a bridal salon I went to this past weekend.

I got mine on ebay – they may be able to overnight it to you. I think I paid like 4 bucks? I actually got it for my Fiance. He’s going to have it in his shoe, instead of me having it in mine(because it wouldn’t stay in mine). He’s Irish – so I got him an Irish sixpence with the year his grandparents got married on it. Best of luck!

I found mine on Etsy and had it stamped with our initials and wedding date. It also had a little metal loop attached so it could be made into a necklace. I used it to tie on the side of my shoe with a blue bow!

I saw them on a rack near the counter at David’s Bridal.
