Post # 1
I have posted before so help but I recently saw a post with an invite I loved and decided to create something similar. What do you bees think about the layout etc? Critism is fine, just helps me fine tune it. It’s not a suite yet I wanted to figure out the invite first and change the rest to match later. Also wording is still a work in progress.

Very nice. I love the simplicity.
One suggestion would be to have the “&” alone on it’s own line and possibly do it in the same color and font as the black. This way your names stand out. Other than that very nice.

Like the general look / layout a lot.
Agree with Barika: regarding the extra line of text.
From an Etiquette perspective, the “and” is usually on a line by itelf and as the written word not a “&” sign.
Same with the element between the two sets of parents.
Hope this helps,
PS… To be honest, it would read better if it was the more “traditional” wording… but realize you might not have wanted that (because of who is actually paying)
Mr. and Mrs. Rosie Cutie Bear Plums
Mr. and Mrs. Pumpkiin Sweetie Cupcakes
Invite you to join them for the exchange of marriage vows by
Then there would be no mistaking who all the players were, and who was marrying (currently it is cumbersome, and could appear that your Parents are the ones being wed… due to the Nouns being modified by the Verb following it)

@This Time Round:
I might try that as far as the and. 🙂
As far as the family I won’t write it out. Like you mentioned about paying he and I are mostly paying 99% but family is helping with services and other misc things, also the immediate family situation is complicated and that would take up a lot of room and explaining so we’re not going there on the invite lol.
Any more suggestions would be great thanks. 🙂
