I had a very positive experience with them. Dress came nicely shipped (inside out for protection), in a fancy little package. It was cheap, and if it didn’t fit, there was a return policy. They do charge you shipping, but it’s worth it because most bridal shops do NOT have a return policy.

Be patient, it will take about 30 days for you to get the dress. Feel free to ask any other questions.

I had a very bad experience with them, my white dress had yellow cups in the bodice that showed through as discolored from the outside, and the fit was so strange that I would need to have serious alterations made in order to make it wearable.  Unfortunately I didn’t realize how serious the problem was until after the 30 day period had passed.  I wouldn’t reccommend buying from them, I’d watch for a sale at a more established store.  David’s bridal is having a clearance sale right now, I picked up my replacement dress for $100 there.

Beware of this scam company!  They claim to be a “US Based Company”, but their dresses come directly from China.  It is not so much that their dresses are made in China, (which many dresses are), but Simply Bridal‘s false advertising is simply unethical.  They want you to believe that they offer a U.S. custom-made product, but in fact they’re selling dresses direct from China.  You should of course make your own choices, but if you’re looking for a dress that’s different from all the other China-dresses, then you might want to look elsewhere.

My wife bought one of their dresses online, but it was not at all what she had seen on the website and she is returning the dress right away.

Happy dress shopping girls!  🙂
