Personally, I don’t like single prong.  Shared prong is more of a classic look, I think, and it’s smoother – visually.  I also don’t like 4 prong bands, too much metal.  So I think shared prong is the perfect happy medium.  I have a shared prong seven stone band.

Here is a pic from Pricescope.  Single prong on the bottom, shared on the top.  If you do want a single prong, look at the Memoire bands.  They are known for them!

@rascchot:  Mine never spins!  And it’s not tight either, I hate tight rings so I always get them a tad loose.  You can always get sizing beads put in, that will prevent the spinning.

Def a shared prong look for me… love the shine and clarity… It’s all about personal preference

@AP1976:

I think we have the same or — or very similar — Memoire bands!

Mine is a seven-stone, one-carat, shared, petite-prong, half-eternity band in platinum, and I love it! (I will have to start a separate comment to post a pic, since I’m posting from my phone, and it doesn’t seem to like posts that include text and photos.)

@Brielle:  Mine is not a memoire, but yours is beautiful!
