I would seriously eject them both from my wedding. The only concern I would have is that if they felt spurned, they may sell their little ‘story’ around the other guests. Do you want that getting around?

Is there any way whatsoever that fronting up to your sister and calling her out on being a mega-b**** will shut her the hell up? Sometimes people like that get away with stuff for years so keep pushing to see how far they can and being told off puts them in ther place.

I think I would call instead of write. More personal than a letter and it will give you a chance to talk it out if needed. Also, for bonus points, you can hang up if they get pissy.

 

Plus, I always play by the ‘if you wouldn’t want someone else to read it, don’t write it down’ rule when dealing with selfish idiots. This applies equally to emails and texts. You don’t want them to have physical ammunition if things ever do escalate or your sister decides to bring this up years down th line.
