Mint.com lets you track savings goals. It works best if you have a separate bank account they you’re saving money into though. It imports all your transactions from your bank or credit card and then you could tag all of the payments as “wedding.”

Not sure it’s quite what you’re looking for though.

If you transfer, say $500, into the account, I believe you’re able to split that transaction into smaller ones and label them as certain things. Like if a gym membership is $35/mo, you could break off $35 from that transaction and label it as savings – gym membership.

I’m not sure if that’s quite what you’re asking, but you can definitely give it a try.

@Shkragoldfish:  I have quite the spreadhseet that I created.  I’ve shared it with others on here.  It lets me forecast spending and which month it’s due, show what’s already paid, etc.

It’s not however, related to your checking account info.

If you want to check it out, PM me your address and I’ll email it to you.

@sienna76:

Would you be able to send me the spreadsheet that you created for keeing track of wedding expense payments? From the screenshot you included in your post above, it looks like it’s close to what I’m trying to search for. Thanks for any help!

@orangeflame08:  OK, I didn’t like how Google Docs changed the formatting, so if you want to PM me your email address, I can email it to you!  I don’t know yet if anyone successfully used it.  It will take some doctoring as the months/years will be off for you.
