Hey! So I have suuuuper small hands, so I’m just wanting to see what a .5-1 carat diamond would look like on my size of hands. I’m looking more at round solitaire rings, but I’m open to any shape just to see what the sizing is like!

.5 on a 4.5! I wouldn’t go any bigger, it’s perfect for me! 😍

This isn’t exactly what you are looking for, but it might help. My center stone is .35 with .20 in the band and I think it is the perfect size for my hand.

0.6ct on a 3.5 finger.
I wanted a small ring and in hindsight would have been happy with a 0.4ct – 0.5ct as sometimes mine feels ‘blingier’ than I’d like, but it’s all personal choice!! Good luck in your decision 😊

Here are a few of my favorite pictures of mine. Size 4 finger, 0.5 carat round diamond, solitaire on a plain band.
I will say, I think it looks bigger in pictures than in real life. I am now working on an upgrade closer to 1 carat, and switching from white gold to rose gold. I always liked rose gold but thought white gold was more “timeless and classic” and it turns out now that I’m wearing it every day, I don’t really care about timeless and classic, I’d like something that looks good against my skin and that I adore. Live and learn. Hopefully this helps. 🙂

Size 3.75 1.4ct center stone cushion cut vintage style. My fiancé popped the question 2 weeks ago. This size is perfect for me 😀

0.65ct on a size 3.75. We’ll upgrade eventually to around a 1.00ct in the future. My husband and I both agree that it looks so lovely on its own, but when paired with my wedding bands, a full carat or close to full carat with good dimensions would be more balanced.

I know you were thinking of 1ct, but this is my 2.18ct on a size 4.75
