I’ve never noticed if my rings are tighter around that time of the month but that might be because my fingers are always changing. Change in temperature, change in activity level and suddenly my rings are a little uncomfortable and I end up taking them off for a little bit or switch fingers till things settle down. If they’re leaving marks when it’s tight and but perfectly fine the rest of the time? That one is tough. I’m not even sure what I’d do. Maybe give it some time. Wait and see how the next month is and if it still bothers you do something?

It sounds too tight to me.  I shouldn’t be uncomfortable or  leaving makes.  It should silp on easily, but there should be a little resistence coming off.  and just a note, when you but a band with it, it will get even tigher.  So next time you size you may want to sie it so it feel a little loose.  I am sized at a 5.75, but get a 6. For rings I stack with, I go up .25 size for every band I want to stack.  So It want to stack 3 bands I order them all 6.5 to 6.75 depending on bnd thickness.  You don’t want the dreaded muffin top.

And you can ask your jeweler about a think called a horse shoe.  It is a flexible way to have your ring work better for swelling etc.

I agree to wait a month and see how it fits.  My fingers shrink in the cold, and swell in the heat.  My ring fits most if the time, but sometimes it is a little loose or a little tight.  But it can’t fit perfectly all of the time.
