Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I always thought that the thicker the band (or wearing two bands together), the tighter it would feel. So the question really is, are you going to wear both your rings all the time?

I would go for the looser fit. You are only going to find it harder to remove your rings as you age anyway (joints get bigger in old age) and I think that wearing them together will make it just a bit tighter than the feeling you get with your e-ring.

On the other hand, only you really know how it feels. It does sound like your e-ring on it’s own is too big but I’m thinking that the looser wedding band will make both fit together properly on your finger.

@vanasme:  I think it’ll be fine. I don’t sleep with my ring on and if I tried to slide it on first thing in the morning it wouldn’t go past my knuckle. But after an hour or so of waking it’s fine.

My rings are similar in width to yours and I think that definitely makes them feel tighter. I figure as long as I can get them off, I’ll probably get used to them being snug.

You’re correct that once you wear two rings, they typically do feel tighter. I can’t get my e-ring off in the morning, but it spins once I’ve been up for a whole and the swelling goes down. If you go up a little in size, which I think you should, you can always have sizing beads added to the inside of your rings to keep them from sliding off.
