I suggest you wash, exfoliate (2-3 days a week), and moisturize, also sunscreen. Sunscreen is so important.

Check out Philosophy at Sephora and Macy’s. They’re stuff is nice and gentle. The purity cleanser and hope in a jar moisturizer are a great combo. You could get the “Hope is all you need” set. I got the Olay cleanser brush that to exfoliate and deep clean. It’s helped a lot with preventing breakouts.

What kind of skin do you have? I love Neutrogena Naturals. This is there new line. I use the Purifying Facial Cleanser, but I suffer from Acne. I also found using a facial brush has made my face super smooth. I don’t have $150 to spend on the clarisonic, so I spent $30 on Olay Pr0-X new facial cleansing brush. If you want a set Clinique has great three step system with specific formulas, based on your skin type. I also use Olay oil free moisturizer with SPF 30 in it. If you use the facial cleansing brush this will do the exfoliating for you. I am not sure what your price range is.

@Kcoleybear: O.O Neutrogena has a naturals line?? I suffer from acne too (A lot of bees like us seem to be loyal to Neutrogena… they seem to help the most without over/under drying) and I love the idea of natural products. How well have these products worked for you?

@SnowPeony:I too still suffer from Acne at the age of 25. It’s ridiculous in my opinion, but here is what I use

AM:

Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Facial Cleanser (I squirt this stuff on the Olay Pro-X Facial Brush)

Clean and Clear Persa Gel 10

Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Stress Control 3-in-1 Hydrating Acne Treatment

Olay Complete for Combination/Oily with SPF 15

PM:

All same products except no moisturizer

I use the Acne Stress Control Treatment to treat my cystic acne (the large acne that develops under your skin). The salicylic acid acts as a non irritating exfoliator and helps to clear this type of acne. The benzyol peroxide acts like an antibacterial soap, almost. It helps to kil the bacteria that causes acne. Hope this helps you.

I love Aveeno’s Clear Complexion moisturizer. It doesn’t have sunscreen so I don’t use it for my daytime moisturizer, but I use it at night.

I use the entire cosmetix line.  Its awesome and keeps my face totally clear.  I recently used a diff makeup that gave me a few pimples on my chin (took that crap back) and I went without MU today and they are now gone.  The stuff is awesome and well worth the price tag. Not to mention a little goes along way.  I was turned onto this stuff after microdermabrasion by my esthetician.  I cant rave enough about it.  Good luck with whatever you choose!
