Risky, but do able! I can’t tell exactly from the picture how its put together, but it looks intricate.

make sure you keep both parts of the elastic tied up so that the whole thing doesn’t fall apart!

If the bracelet has sections it would involve cutting the elastic and removing a section.  Tie the elastic to the bracelet itself until section removed, then re tie.  If the bracelet is one piece then it would involve cutting tools. Of course if you cut, make sure it fits back together right, or it could look funny lol

I had mine custom made on etsy for around $50. I was able to tell her my wrist size & it fits like a gem. could you go that route? for reference, my wrists are 5 1/4 inches!
