@ShortieOne:  I dont know of any natural ways.  The only thing I can recommend is seeing your gyno and taking a pill/pills to delay it.

Your gyno has a pill to start it or you can go to an herbalist and request some blue cohosh and make a tea out of it.  It’s disgusting but after a couple of days you should feel some cramps, then wake up and voila.  I would ask the herbalist for specifc dosage info.

You can either delay it by taking pills, or you can try and ‘make’ it start naturally a few days earlier by drinking parsley tea. I have done it before and it worked for me every time. I had my holidays planned and the start of my period fell right on the first day of my holiday. So I brewed me some parsley tea about 5 days before my holidays. I drank 3-4 cups in the morning and in the afternoon I started my period. 

All you need is some freshly chopped parsley. Let the water boil in a pot, then add a handful of chopped parsley, cover the pot and let it steep for 20-30 minutes.

If your body is ready, you will start menstruating within 24 hours. If your body isn’t ready, then you will give yourself a good detox because parsley tea is very good for you… It isn’t recommended for pregnant ladies though…
