(Closed) Skype your Birth?

I think I would only do this if for some reason Darling Husband couldn’t be there so that he could still be a part of it.  Darling Husband travels for work so if he is still traveling at the point we have children, this is always a possibility, especially if I went into labor early.

Nope, wouldn’t do this.  For me, it wouldn’t even be an option because the next would be delivered in the OR (operating room) due to it being a c-section.  Only ONE person is allowed there and no cameras, etc are allowed in there for obvious reasons.

My FH will be lucky if I allow him to be in the room with me…there’s NO way I would do a video, skype, photos, anything.  I don’t want to see pictures of my junk all over the place later in life.  🙂

Correct me if I’m wrong, but for some reason I believe that Mrs. Avocado (That Wife) did this so her father (and possibly sister?) could watch. 

I think it’s a great idea for those people who wanted close family or friends present, but who couldn’t make it. Peronally, I’d be terrified it would somehow leak where random people could see it or record it!
