@Mrs.H2B: Opposite sides of the bed.

I’d like to cuddle with him because he is cool, but apparently I’m a furnace.

We usually cuddle for a few minutes and then I roll over or we’ll hold hands while we sleep rather than cuddling.

@Mrs.H2B: opposite sides of the bed all the way. We might cuddle for a bit before lights out, but then its off to our own sides! I have to maintain my distance, because it is too hot, and my husband will elbow me in the head by accident if he is too close (I got a hard elbow in the bride of my nose once in the middle of the night while hubby was changing positions sleeping. He apologized profusely!)

We always start out cuddling. He’ll either hold me or he’ll lay on his stomach with his right arm out and I’ll sleep between his arm and back.

When we first started sleeping together he couldn’t sleep while holding me but I slept better when he was so he figured out the laying on his stomach position and that worked for both of us!

If we aren’t cuddling we hold hands also.

Usually we cuddle/chat for a few min than we roll to our respective sides of the bed. We do usually have 1 foot crossing at the bottom of the bed though lol

when hubby and i first started dating and having sleep overs, he kept his arms around me all night which i loved. but that only lasted for like a month 😛 now 4 1/2 years later, we often cuddle before going to sleep, but then we stick to our own sides of the bed. i’d still like to cuddle, but hubby can’t fall asleep when we do

@Valhalla: My Fiance once punched me in the nose in the middle of the night. He was dreaming he was wrestling a snake!

We cuddle for a few minutes before going to sleep, but since I am a side sleeper and he “starfishes” (sleeps on his stomach and streeeeeetches his limbs out), it doesn’t work while we’re sleeping. Doesn’t bother me, though.

@CorgiTales: We do the foot thing too. I am usually touching his foot with my toes or he’s touching mine with his toes.

Nice to know he’s there but not be cuddling.

I like to be touching but Fiance also refers to me as the furnace…but usually I’ll just stick a knee out and touch him that way. I’ll take what I can get 🙂

We don’t cuddle cause I can’t sleep that way lol We start out cuddely and maybe watch some tv but when the “goodnight I love you’s” are over I’m rolling over to sleep on my stomach. He often plays with my hair though til I fall asleep.

We alternate spooning throughout the night.  He usually starts as big spoon, and pets my hair until I fall asleep, but with my chronic back pain I have to shift my sleeping position A LOT!  When I roll over he usually tries to sneak in behind me, but sometimes I’ll whisper, “noooo, I wanna be the big spoon” haha, we’re kinda lame

@KatNYC2011: Apparently I’m a furnace too, Fiance refuses to cuddle in the summertime but I am very useful in wintertime.

Some days yes, some days no. Mostly we enjoy it, but if one/both of us is restless or having one of those nights where you just.can’t.get.comfy. then no.
