Mine was Allure in color “Ivory over Antique” – it was a rose goldish color. I think it definitely looks bridal, and the color helps to show off the lace. Also, keep in mind that it will photographer whiter than it is in pro pics.6A3AB8B7-825C-4B2B-BAEE-674162C0EC26IMG_8403IMG_845419260265_10103863161654984_9058537202770494698_n

OK, first pic on the WB since our wedding of our actual wedding!  My dress was a gold colored dress by Mori Lee – honestly it was more blushy gold I think, but in this pic that’s far away, you can’t really tell the difference too much from the ivory overlay. Yes it poured the entire ceremony, but the bubbles blew anyway! Our first look photo was very much easier to tell.

My dress color was called light gold by Sottero and Midgley. I actually got so many compliments on the color! I am super pale and I knew a warmer color would flatter me much better than white or ivory. I had zero regrets. I never felt less bridal, and I looked great standing next to my groom, and he was in a white shirt.

caitlinw22 :  Oh I love it! It is plenty “bridal”. I wouldn’t think “ballet date” or “prom” seeing that dress I’d think “Oooo that lady is getting marrrrriiieedddddd!”

The dress is beautiful. I really like the shape and colour of it.  I think it looks very bridal and sweet. I’d go for it :).
