@shootznladrz89: I suggest use an exfoliating washcloth, like a Salux that you can find at an Asian grocery store. have you tried alpha hydroxy acid? It’s a gentler exfoliant and it will help fade acne scars if you have any. If you do use AHA, make sure to protect your skin from the sun because it will make it more sun sensitive.

Another bee once posted about Head and Shoulders shampoo clearning up the acne on her back, because it has a topical antibiotic in it. Worth a search for that thread, and worth a try!

I have the same problem. My Fiance is a nutritionist and keeps telling me I need to cut out dairy and sugar, which will stop the breakouts. I still haven’t done it but now that we’re at the 6 month mark from the wedding I think I should try it. Anyone else try this?

My fiance had this issue on his back, chest, lower neck. It was BAD. I bought him Panoxyl 4% wash at walgreens and he is using it on a loofa everyday. His skin is perfect now : )

I have the same problem. This tea tree bodywash from the Body Shop is the only thing that’s worked on my sensitive, acne-prone skin.

Acne is often related to diet so that would be the first thing I would clean up. I recently started using this from whole foods and it’s amazing! I am so impressed with it. I seriously can’t praise it enough!

Another voter here for Neutrogena clean and clear body wash. I was getting acne on my chest from Crossfit (wiping my face) and within a week of using my chest was clear.

I highly do not recommend using anything with Benzyl Peroxide on your body if you value your clothes or towels as it bleaches anything it comes into contact with guaranteed.

I only recently started having bacne since switching to a different BCP for PCOS. But I’ve struggled with facial acne since I was 9! For me, over the counter AHA and BHA products didn’t really work. Tea tree oil helped a bit but I could never really eradicate all of the blemishes, just the majority of them. However, finding sulfur soaps & ointments and the Clarisonic brush has been a godsend for me! I highly recommend sulfur based products if other drugstore products don’t quite do it. Your pharamcist will be able to point it out to you, sometimes they keep it behind the counter even when it is avail without a perscription. Smelly, granted… but so effective!

You could try a apple cider vinegar mixed with a crushed aspirin, and let it dry on your back before washing it off. That method really helped me when my back went crazy. Embarassed

Along with changing sheets and wearing clean shirts/tanks often.

Clairsonic is fantastic and cleared my face up. I’d try it.

I sometimes break out on my back as well and I use neutragena grapefruit ance body scrub/wash and a back scrubber. I rarely break out back there now 🙂
