New bee, please be kind!
I need to lose around 28 pounds and have decided to use the Slim in 6 DVDs and high protein balanced healthy diet to try and shift some of the extra padding.
Finding losing the weight a lot more difficult now I’m in my 30’s, and my willpower is diminishing. I think I need some motivation buddies!
Anyone got Slim in 6 and want to join me and motivate each other?

@KelannaDC: Thanks for your repy! SI6 is killing my knees too. I completed it on Monday, then was in so much pain all over my body Tuesday and Weds I left it. Going to try again today!

@sengart: Good luck! Strangely enough, I found that P90X was easier on my knees. So was Turbo Fire (which is a lot of fun, by the way). Keep me posted on your journey.
