@DaneLady:  Thanks for sharing! It truly is amazing what a difference just small additions to your fitness plan can make.  Last week, I joined a challenge to do 2 miles (walking or running), 50 pushups (on knees if needed), and 50 situps/crunches every day, and I’m already seeing results!  The pushups and situps only take about 10 minutes per day, in addition to the mileage.  Not much time, but I can sure feel them the next morning!

@DaneLady:  Definitely! It’s been a great addition to marathon training.  My lower body gets a massive workout several times a week, but my upper body, while trim, was missing out.  Not anymore 🙂
