I’m currently looking at dressEs and I have loads that I like, different styles, now I’m just wondering what you small chested bees have picked? Part of me wanted strap less but I’m worried I can’t wear a padded bra ( always wear them) so I’m just looking for inspiration!

My bra size is 34B or 32C interchangeable, So barely a handful. Most dresses my size were way too big on top, sometimes so much so, that I could literally stick my hand into my neckline everytime. I chose a strapless dress, no bra, but the seamstress sewed in bra cups under the lining of the dress. It was impossible to tell that this fantastic boobage was not mine 🙂 , i was very comfortable, and didn’t worry about no darn bra showing on photos, I could jump and dance freely without losing a boob out of the dress.

I don’t have pics right now of me in strapless dresses, but I tried on a ton with stick-in gel cups and it looked great (I’m a 32/34B depending on the time of year). The seamstresses said that the cups could be sewn into the dress to fill it out better and that way you wouldnt have to wear a bra at all. #win

lucy_smith: I’m a 32B and I found that dresses that had structure around that area worked best. For comparison:
This Intuzuri one was beautiful but the cups were literally just material so didn’t do much & made me look more flat chested:
Where as this Diane Harbridge one was super sturdy up top so gave me much better shape:
But don’t worry about not being able to wear a padded bra as like the guys above say they can literally sew padded cups straight into the dress and you’re sorted!

30C (that’s the same volume as 32B and 34A respectively) I’m going to add a little oomph with chicken cutlets, but small breasts are actually pretty good for carrying out light, soft fabrics and boho designs because your boobs don’t need that much support.

lucy_smith: My chest is barely there and I KNOW I cannot wear or be comfortable in strapless, so I went with this V neck VW dress and had the alterations ladies sew 3 cups into it!! The dress actually had a legit gap between my boobs and the boning and I didn’t want to wear a bra, so she filled up the space with some massive cups and sewed those puppies in!!

I wore Katie May’s Poipu. I’m a small A. I had cups sewn in.

I wore BHLDN’s Dakota dress. Im a small 34A. This dress had a built in bra and it stayed up all night with no issues.

If you are small chested, you can easily wear backless and illusion back styles. I chose an illusion back lace dress which had light cups already in the bust. I also wore a backless padded nu-bra to try to get some more cleavage. Depending on how high and far apart you stick the cups, you get more or less cleavage. I could have gotten more, but I didn’t want to pop out or anything so I kept it modest. 😛
Best shot of my cleavage. 😛

Strapless ball gown, 32A!

34B here! The straps are WAY to big and I am having them altered, but the chest area fits like a glove!

lucy_smith: My dress has a corset on the inside then zips up over the top so it really feels secure! I’m a 32B/34B! i just ordered it so I’m sure I’ll be doing something to push them up when I do alterations
