I need some ideas for something small ($20) to get for the moms in our lives. We’re getting them digital frames as their “big” gift, but awhile ago I bought custom cufflinks for my dad and I want things to be even. Ideally I’d like it to be something tangible that can be given at the rehearsal so they can open it at the same time.

What about a pretty bracelet or earrings that they can wear to the wedding? Overstock.com is a great place to get good deals on jewelry; I bought my Fiance a bracelet for Valentines Day from there a few years back.

I was thinking the same thing about jewelry. I got a pearl set with necklace, bracelet, and earrings from Ebay for our mothers. They can both wear them to the wedding.

I’m thinking about getting the moms and grandmothers embroidered hankies. I found some at http://www.ffcembroidery.com or there are some on etsy. It is something sweet that they can use the day of the wedding and have as a keepsake. They’re about $20 each.
Another idea to go with this is to have your parents name and wedding date on it and yours, and then whenever someone else gets married their names and date can be added too. It can be passed down through the generations.
