Two of my favorite places are located in Long Branch, NJ.  They are McCloone’s Pier House (http://www.mcloones.com/pierhouse/index.php) and Avenue (http://www.leclubavenue.com/).  Both locations are restaurants located right on the beach in Long Branch.  You would be able to have a beach ceremony (if you wanted) and then enjoy a lovely, intimate dinner with your guests.  Both of these restaurants are located at Pier Village (http://www.piervillage.com/) which has tons of restaurants and shopping to keep your out of town guests entertained.  There is also a brand new hotel, Bungalow, where everyone can stay.

I have never been to a wedding at McCloones but I have dined there many times.  I have also observed a few weddings taking place on the beach there and everything always looks great.  Also, the food at McCloones is delicious and the atmosphere and service is top notch.

Where did you decide on? I’m having a small wedding for 150 (FMIL has 105 of those guests, the rest are my family and our friends) down the shore in March.
